Fix Style sells digital products that are delivered the moment generation completes. Our policy is built around that.

Full Strategy ($29)

Eligible for a full refund any time before you open your full report at /results. Once the full report is opened, the digital good has been delivered and refunds are no longer available.

Style System ($19)

Eligible for a full refund any time before the Style System finishes generating. Once the system is built and visible at /style, refunds are no longer available.

Image Pack ($9)

Eligible for a full refund any time before image generation begins. Generated images are delivered the moment the provider returns them. After that point, refunds are no longer available because the cost of generation has already been incurred.

AI generated previews are concept directions, not exact predictions. A preview not matching your expectation is not a basis for refund once delivered. We can re run a preview from the same payment in good faith.

How to request a refund

Email hello@fix.style from the same email used to purchase. Include the date and approximate time of purchase. We respond within one business day and process eligible refunds the same day.

Notes

Stripe processes refunds back to the original payment method. Most banks reflect the credit within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks issued without first contacting support are denied on dispute and recorded against future purchases.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse, including repeated purchases followed by refunds on the same email or card.
